Beztak is looking to hire a Gatehouse Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for monitoring access to the community while providing positive and professional customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greet all residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner ensuring you are always providing top notch customer service skills.
• Obtain and properly document identification from all residents and guests as they enter the community.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• High school diploma preferred
• 1 year of experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb stairs, and occasionally lift items weighing 15 pounds or less.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This position is often located away from the management office and may be located in a small structure. The working environment may be indoors or outdoors.
• You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
• You may also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
