Description

The SOAR team is composed of specialized sales agents dedicated to lead conversion. The Sales Consultant will utilize a consultative sales approach to increase appointments at our Mathnasium Learning Centers. Candidates must focus on first call resolutions and adapt to various situations. Responsibilities include identifying buying signals, pre-qualifying leads by understanding customer pain points, educating families about the Mathnasium program, and highlighting its benefits using persuasive language. The role involves managing sales leads, following up with potential clients, and meeting key performance metrics that contribute to company growth. Candidates should be professional, self-motivated, enthusiastic, persuasive, and sales-driven. The primary goal is to increase enrollments by boosting center appointments.

Job Type : Full Time / Part Time

Pay : Starting at $20 / hour (based on experience) for 40 hours / week

Call Center Hours :

  • 9 AM - 8 PM Monday - Thursday
  • 9 AM - 5 PM Friday
  • Saturday 10 AM - 3 PM
  • Sunday 11 AM - 4 PM
  • Supplemental Pay :

  • Monthly sales bonus based on performance
  • Responsibilities :

  • Utilize a consultative sales model to pre-qualify customers and schedule appointments
  • Manage sales leads in our Customer Maintenance system (RADIUS)
  • Focus on First Call Resolution by scheduling appointments on first contact
  • Follow-up with prospective customers via outbound calls
  • Educate Mathnasium parents using the sales model
  • Log all interactions to maintain lead tracking
  • Provide a positive, consultative sales experience
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas and KPIs
  • Adhere to schedules and attendance guidelines
  • Adjust to company changes and procedures
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
