Your Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits for their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates to accomplish store goals.
• Act with integrity and comply with AEO policies.
