ANALYGENCE provides USCYBERCOM with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the USCYBERCOM mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale MILCON (Military Construction) projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MILCON process, strong financial and program management skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with DoD, USACE, and OSD requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all logistics and program management aspects of assigned MILCON projects.
• Manage the full MILCON lifecycle, including :
• Requirements Analysis
• Feasibility Study development
• Building Design coordination
• DD Form 1391 creation and validation
• Construction RFP generation and acquisition planning
• Oversight and collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
• Compliance with OSD construction reporting requirements
• Develop, manage, and monitor the MILCON funding process, including :
• WHIP curve generation and analysis
• Incremental funding strategies
• Budget forecasting, allocation, and execution tracking
• Provide comprehensive program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities align with schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
