About the Role

As a Manager of Ad Operations, you'll lead a team of talented Ad Operations Specialists responsible for the execution, optimization, and quality assurance of programmatic advertising campaigns.

Reporting to the Director of Performance Strategy and Operations, you'll oversee campaign management across various programmatic channels and tactics, while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. You'll play a key role in developing your team, refining processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure StackAdapt continues to deliver best-in-class programmatic performance for our clients.

This position is designed for professionals with deep experience in programmatic campaign execution, from audience strategy and pixel implementation to performance optimization and data analysis. You'll manage people and processes, advocate for operational needs with internal teams, and implement scalable systems that enhance campaign quality and delivery.
