Your Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain purchasing and financial data for reporting and analysis.
- Analyze trends in procurement activity, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
- Generate clear, insightful reports to support the Purchasing and Finance teams.
- Prepare regular dashboards and updates for management (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business planning and purchasing strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall process performance.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and pivot tables.Hands-on experience with Power Query Editor and Power Pivot is a strong advantage.Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
