• Position Overview :
• As a Real Estate Attorney with us, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of real estate transactions and legal matters. This includes providing expert guidance on title insurance, real estate settlements, and related legal issues. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting legal research, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, title insurance matters, and related legal issues.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct due diligence and research on property transactions.
• Handle closings and settlements efficiently.
• Resolve title issues and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to real estate transactions.
• Required Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on title insurance and settlements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
