We are looking for Sales People with reliable transportation to do in-home visits. Salespeople will be provided with qualified and confirmed appointments generated from our marketing department. Equisolar will also be providing training and all necessary resources.

What separates us from the competition is our marketing departments and generous commission structure. Other solar companies rely on salespeople to find their own customers. Equisolar's huge marketing budget provides salespeople with a minimum of 12 appointments with interested homeowners per week. Other solar companies pay commissions when installations are complete, which could be 60 to 90 days after the sale date.
