Our client is a commercial generator services business backed by a highly innovative private equity sponsor. The company is rapidly expanding its geographical footprint and is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Chief Executive Officer to drive all operations across a distributed service network.

This lower middle‑market business is seeking a highly entrepreneurial CEO responsible for the ongoing expansion of the business through organic projects and acquisitive activity. This is an opportunity to join a business on the ground floor, drive significant growth in partnership with an investor eager to put capital and resources into the business and ultimately lead the business through an eventual exit. This position will drive growth through a recurring revenue business model and will interface with all acquired companies and oversee full integration.

We are seeking a CEO with previous private equity experience with a proven legacy of leadership and demonstrated success conceptualizing strategy and developing all levels of the organization while driving significant revenue growth and return on investment for the investors.
