Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Services Supervisor to lead our therapy services department. This role is essential for developing and implementing comprehensive therapy policies, procedures, and rehabilitation programs aligned with our facility's vision and strategic plan. You will supervise and enhance our health rehabilitation teams, ensuring effective operations within our rehabilitation services department.

Your contributions will be vital in measuring and improving our rehabilitation services and programs, helping us deliver high-quality patient care with optimal outcomes. You will also provide input on the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for the rehabilitation services department and play a key role in strategic planning and daily operations.

As a leader, you will provide day-to-day guidance to your team while also performing skilled therapy work to meet department needs. Your accountability for expense management and quality targets will help us achieve our financial goals.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Planning, organizing, and delivering specialized therapy programs for clients to enhance mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
• Conducting examinations and evaluations of patients impacted by injury or disease and documenting therapeutic plans.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and self-exercise routines to be continued at home, utilizing age-appropriate evaluations.
• Incorporating current research into daily patient treatment and following clinical practice guidelines.
