Commercial Advisor

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Commercial Advisor to join their team. As a Commercial Advisor, you will be part of the site operations supporting procurement and business planning teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Commercial Advisor Location : Beaumont, TX Pay Range : 54.98 / hr What's the Job? Serve as the primary commercial interface for the site, partnering with business teams to optimize planning and execution processes. Review site business plans and identify commercial strategies to deliver incremental value. Lead commercial activities including bids, negotiations, and settlements to support site objectives. Train local business partners on key procurement activities and represent procurement at sustainability events. Coordinate field walks with suppliers and mentor strategic buyers supporting the plant remotely. What's Needed? Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of business processes. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze and review business plans to identify commercial opportunities. Proven ability to lead procurement activities and support supplier relationships. Comfortable troubleshooting issues impacting site reliability and collaborating with back-office support. What's in it for me?
