Commercial Construction - Estimator / Project Manager Multiple Divisions

Overview

We are seeking an Estimator / PM for (Steel, Electrical, Drywall) Divisions to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operation teams in our Commercial construction projects.
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning, budgeting, employee scheduling, implementation, quality assurance reporting.
• Ensure allocated financial project budget are met.
• Interface with job-site superintendents, foremen, customer project managers, contractors.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Strong employee / sub-contractor leadership skills.
