Job description

POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our dynamic real estate operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist with general accounting functions and daily financial activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Support property tax and mortgage-related accounting functions.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and property tax procedures.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
