Senior Principal Pega Architect

A company is looking for a Software Developer Senior Principal. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design of Pega applications aligned with business objectives and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Pega developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural patterns Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in Pega application development and architecture Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry Deep expertise in Pega 8.x or higher, including App Studio and Dev Studio Certified Pega System Architect is required; Certified Pega Senior System Architect is preferred
