As the Cybersecurity Red Team Leader at EY, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to strengthen our security measures against potential cyber threats. In this role, you will independently lead and coordinate red team operations to uncover vulnerabilities within the EY environment, ensuring we maintain a strong defense against the ever-changing cyber landscape. This opportunity is part of our Cyber Attack Surface Management initiative, where we strive to cultivate a culture of security excellence and drive the evolution of global cybersecurity.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Red Team strategy to protect EY's extensive digital assets.
• Identify and assess potential security vulnerabilities and collaborate with third-party providers to conduct simulated attacks that test our incident response and security protocols.
• Manage relationships and oversee incident responses with meticulous attention to detail during exercises.
• Work in close partnership with IT and security teams to quickly address and resolve identified security weaknesses.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to foster a heightened awareness of security and encourage proactive risk management.
• Lead and mentor the Tabletop Exercise Analyst in designing and executing internal exercises for EY’s Cyber & Investigative Services.
