The Office of Religious and Independent School Support (ORISS) is currently experiencing significant operational challenges due to a severe staffing shortage. Temporary staffing is urgently needed to stabilize operations, reduce the backlog, and ensure timely and accurate payments to schools.

Expected Tasks & Duties

• Assist the office with tracking fiscal program applications, claims, and supporting documentation submitted by schools, reviewing them for completeness and accuracy based on a provided set of guidelines
• Make recommendations to office leadership for the approval / disapproval of fiscal program applications / claims submitted for reimbursement payments, when applicable
• Assist in the preparation of documentation needed for contracts, contract amendments, office processes / protocols
