Job Description :
Support the operational execution, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communications for a global Thought Leadership portfolio.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Prepare and consolidate recurring reports (weekly, biweekly, quarterly)
Develop and manage Smartsheet trackers for performance metrics
Coordinate timelines and workflows across projects and partners
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
Create and edit high-quality PowerPoint presentations
Maintain dashboards, templates, calendars, and documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Requirements : Must-Haves :
3–5 years in operations, reporting, or project coordination in a matrixed / global org
Strong analytics and data stewardship background
High proficiency in Smartsheet (automation, dashboards), Excel, and Adobe Analytics
PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
Experience with AI tools and research / data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Copilot)
Bachelor's degree
PMP or CAPM certification
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-Haves :
Familiarity with Dovetail
Experience coordinating webinars
Jira or Monday.com experience
