Your Responsibilities

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients of all ages—from infants to older adults. Your role includes:

• Performing thorough physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Developing individualized treatment plans rooted in the latest clinical guidelines
• Ordering, interpreting, and following up on lab work, diagnostic imaging, and other tests
• Prescribing medications and educating patients on proper usage, safety, and side effects
• Providing preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease education
• Performing in-office procedures such as wound care, injections, and suturing when necessary
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Providing patient and family counseling regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record system

Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated, clinically skilled professional with a passion for patient care. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted state licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner is preferred
• New graduates can apply as well
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Clinical experience in areas such as public health, emergency medicine, family planning, or geriatrics is highly desirable
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-based approach to care and decision-making
• Strong knowledge of medical standards and guidelines for patient care
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
