Our Bartlett, IL Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver professionals to join our growing team. This role offers the perfect balance of independence, client interaction, and meaningful work delivering essential healthcare products. Position Details

• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 12 : 00am until complete
• Base Pay : $30.15 / hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Earning Potential : Earn up to 10% additional incentive pay for meeting goals, with stretch opportunities for an extra 6% (paid every 4 weeks)
• Location : Bartlett area with local routes

We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan. Hours worked beyond scheduled time will receive overtime pay.
