About the Position :
The Regional Field Nurse Educator will leverage deep clinical knowledge and therapeutic expertise to educate healthcare professionals on the administration, management, and holistic care considerations surrounding HIV PrEP therapy, commonly reported side effects, and patient-centered care best practices across multiple territories. This flexible field-based role is designed to provide scalable regional support—filling in during staffing gaps, high-demand periods, or transitions—ensuring continuity and consistency in therapeutic education. In collaboration with sales and field reimbursement teams, the NE will provide high-impact training experiences and foster awareness of culturally sensitive care for diverse populations affected by HIV.

Provide cross-territory coverage and support in alignment with regional needs, planned and unplanned absences, and program prioritiesResponsible for routing and scheduling activities to call on approved accounts across multiple geographies assignedWork and communicate collaboratively with local territory field force members, as appropriate, to meet area educational needs, identify collaborative opportunities, and execute cross-territory plansPartner with regional leadership to identify priority areas for support and triage requests accordinglyCollaborate closely with field counterparts including Prevention Specialists, Field Reimbursement Managers, Community Liaisons, and Medical Science Liaisons to align regional strategies and identify educational opportunitiesProvide impactful training on injection technique, dosing and administration, side effect management, and supportive patient care strategies using approved curriculum and training toolsFlex to provide in-person or virtual as requested coverage depending on need and availability in underserved territoriesDeliver culturally responsive education and training that acknowledges social and structural determinants of health, addresses barriers to equitable care, and promotes inclusive practices for historically underserved and marginalized communities through :Cultural Awareness – Promote respectful, tailored communication for diverse cultural needs
LGBTQ+ Affirming Practices – Provide positive interactions incorporating environmental cuesHIV Literacy & Health Empowerment – Provide Gilead PRC approved resourcesSocial Determinants of Health – Highlight matrix team members that support continuity of care and accessConduct total office calls and / or in-service sessions across multiple territories to educate on patient education strategies, support programs, and product educationAddress field training inquiries with timeliness and professionalism via systems, email, or mobile communicationsProactively identify, escalate, and address evolving HCP educational needs across multiple territoriesShare regional insights to help shape future training content, delivery innovations, and unmet educational needsSubmit accurate and timely documentation of all interactions per Momentum Life Sciences standardsUphold all regulatory, legal, and organizational compliance expectations in daily operations and clinical engagementsAssist with onboarding and mentorship of new field educators, as neededPerform other duties as assigned to support evolving training prioritiesOther duties :

Required Education and / or Experience :
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredExperience working in therapeutic areas requiring a high degree of cultural sensitivityHIV and / or infectious disease clinical education experience preferred
Previous experience in pharmaceutical education or field-based nurse educator rolesDemonstrated commitment to health equity and inclusive carePreferred Education and / or Experience :
Master’s Degree preferredRequired License and / or credential(s) :
Active RN or NP licensureMust maintain a valid driver’s licenseEligible for participation in federal healthcare programsRequired Skills :
Previous HCP and Patient education experienceRecent HIV and / or infectious disease experience and passion for diverse patient populationHigh EQ and ability to deliver effective and persuasive messagingDemonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for actionAbility to promptly address open ended questions, provide feedback and solutions to healthcare professionals based on “real world” clinical experiencesHigh adaptability and flexibility to serve as an on-demand resourceDemonstrated experienced competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and other technical components. Travel :
Up to 75% travel required; average of 2-3 overnights of travel per week required and must be comfortable traveling for field training engagements
