Link Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an Auto Service technician! Are you a skilled technician with a passion for automotive repair and a commitment to excellence? We’re looking for an Experienced Auto Service Technician to bring their expertise to our team and help us provide top-tier service to our customers. We're offering up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right applicant! You’ll work on a variety of vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex issues with precision and efficiency. Requirements :

ASE certification is desired
Current Class D - Regular Driver's License (Auto, Light Truck, Moped) Required with a good driving record
18 or older Required
Read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent oral and written skills
Able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily
Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent
Work comfortably with the public
Tidy, professional appearance

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job :

The Auto Service Technician is an experienced technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs, as assigned.

Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards.

Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and performs repairs.

Communicates with the Service Advisor to obtain needed parts for the repair.

Examine the assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.

Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.

Road test vehicles when required.
