This entry-level position is responsible for coordinating equipment, managing warehouse inventory, and delivering parts and materials to job sites in a timely and professional manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Order HVAC parts and equipment for jobs and deliver to job sitesMaintain accurate inventory records, including job costing and purchase order documentationProcess returns and manage warranty parts efficientlyOrganize and conduct scrap metal proceduresMaintain and replenish truck stock for field techniciansKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsRequired Qualifications :
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving recordAbility to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical warehouse tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailMust be reliable, punctual, and self-motivatedBasic computer skills for inventory and paperwork processingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious warehouse, delivery, or HVAC industry experience is a plusFamiliarity with HVAC parts and equipment is a plus
