HVAC Technician

Join to apply for the HVAC Technician role at KVK Tech, Inc. KVK Tech is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Newtown, PA. The HVAC Technician will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems supporting office, production, and utility areas. This role ensures the reliable performance and regulatory compliance of environmental control systems critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with cGMP and company standards.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions across chillers, air handlers, rooftop units, boilers, and process cooling / heating loops.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain sensors, thermostats, actuators, and control valves for accuracy and reliable operation.
• Monitor and document system performance, pressures, and temperatures daily to maintain environmental control within validated parameters.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Building Management Systems (BMS / BAS) and associated automation controls.
• Ensure all work is properly documented in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and performed in full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
