  • Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum see 18 PPD
  • Monday-Friday 8-5

Job Description

  • Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w / all gaps in employment accounted for.
  • Includes some Chronic Pain Management
  • Chart closure within 72 hours
  • A mix of peds / adults (Will consider IM only)
  • We will also accept DO
  • BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
  • Active DEA needed before the start
  • The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date) : Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
  • COVID Requirement :
  • Primary series plus booster, regardless of the date received

    • OR

  • 1 dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023 / 2024 formulation)

  • Minimum Board Certification : Certified
  • What is the license requirement to bid? : Licensed in CA only
