Job Purpose

Utilize purchase orders as a matter of company policy. Responsible for meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department - striving for the highest in customer relations.

What You Will Do...

• Responsible for accurate inventory accounting.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized department.
• Communicate with customers on the telephone and at the counter in a professional manner.
• Accurate invoicing and costing on all parts documents daily.
• Timely ordering, shipping, receiving, and expediting of special orders.
• Prepare shipping documents and packaging of whole goods requested by other departments.
• Set-up showroom displays for merchandising.
• Prepare documents for the return of damaged defective, cores, and warrantable parts in a timely manner.
• Place weekly / monthly stock orders.
• Assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems relating to Parts Department.
• Assist Parts Manager in finding the best buys from outside suppliers.

Pay Range : $28 - $32 per hour. Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
