The order analyst will report to the control tower shift manager and perform root cause and analysis

for orders processing through the system. The analyst will be responsible for researching customer

orders in the following systems : WMS, WCS, Automation middleware, business objects analytical

reporting, WCS analytics, internal WFMS : Monday.com and Tableau reporting to root cause and

resolve outstanding orders in the system. Your job will require to use of all mentioned systems to

understand, communicate, and document order processing and drive the order resolution or the

completion of order waves in the WMS and WCS.
