Must Haves :
Minimum 8 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and program / project management.
Strong infrastructure domain expertise (storage, server systems, remediation planning),Solid program / project management capability (planning, delivery oversight, resource coordination),Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive timelines in a union environment using calm, pleasant persistencePrior leadership in infra modernization programsNice-to-Haves :Experience in municipal / public-sector IT

Day-to-day activities include : managing implementation plans, reviewing technical plans from managers, identifying risks, driving execution timelines, ensuring follow-through, and pushing critical infrastructure initiatives forward; mission of the role involves increasing velocity of delivery across storage strategy, new server systems, vulnerability remediation, and cross-team project alignment.Work Authorization & Visa Sponsorship : only GC or US CitizensLocation & Flexibility : Based in Oxnard, onsite 5 days per week ;Urgency of Role : High urgency due to ongoing infrastructure initiatives and the need for a seasoned program leader who can quickly assess, guide, and accelerate execution; desire to start reviewing candidates immediately.Other Insights from the Call :
