POSITION :

Are you a motivated and passionate individual who has experience in the food and beverage industry? Are you looking for an atmosphere with beautiful views and amazing people? This position is for you! The Lead Pizza Cook is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Stone Haus team. They ensure that high-quality pizzas, wraps, salads, and espresso drinks are prepared and cooked according to established recipes and standards, while also maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Lead Pizza Cook not only demonstrates excellent culinary skills but also exhibits leadership qualities. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar supervisory role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining food quality and presentation.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
