We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and team development within our location. The role is responsible for driving business performance, fostering employee growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, while maintaining operational and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee human, financial, and physical resources to maximize productivity and profitability.Develop and implement a strategic operational plan aligned with corporate objectives, including budget management and performance benchmarks.Take ownership of the location’s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high engagement.Champion superior customer experiences by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships.Monitor receivables, establish collection strategies, and ensure timely follow-up.Promote a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities.Maintain collaborative relationships with peers, support teams, and management to achieve operational goals.Execute additional duties as required to support business objectives.Required Skills & Competencies :
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.Proven operational knowledge in sales, service, and inventory management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Familiarity with equipment operations preferred.Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with computers and business software applications.College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
