The position will be based in Commerce, CA. The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What You Will be Doing

As a Production Supervisor at our milk facility, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of milk processing operations. Your role will involve leading a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process. You'll coordinate with other departments to optimize production efficiency, monitor inventory levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, as well as addressing any issues that arise during production. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our milk facility. #LI-AE1

The position will be based in Commerce, CA.

Main Responsibilities

• Production Oversight :

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all production processes.

Lead, supervise, and support production associates.

Train, monitor, and enforce quality control standards.

Track, manage, and audit raw materials and finished goods inventory.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose scalable solutions.

Enforce and promote safety protocols.

Effectively collaborate with site cross-functional partners. (e.g., quality, logistics, maintenance).

Train new production associates.

Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.(OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.)

Coordinate maintenance schedules for production equipment.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.
