Project Manager (healthcare)

Seeking an experienced construction Project Manager for a growing team.

• Must have 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Must have experience working on healthcare projects ranging up to 20M+ in value
• Must be able to read drawings (structural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing), be familiar with take-offs, prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
• Effective interaction with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members is essential.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required.
