Prysmian is the world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry. Each year Prysmian manufacturers thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors. We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video, and data transmission for the telecommunication sector.

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician. The candidate will work in a dynamic setting supporting all aspects of machinery maintenance and repair to achieve facility goals in HSE, Productivity and Maintenance Reliability. This position is for night shift with opportunities for OT.

12-hr Shift : 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm EOWEO

Pay Range : $28.01-$34.32

Required Qualifications

Minimal 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following essential skills :

• Basic hydraulic / pneumatic systems including schematics.
• Electrical schematics
• Electrical applications both AC / DC, including drives and controls.
• Basic hand tools.
• Mechanical systems.
• Read and comprehend mechanical blueprints.
• Pump and pipe systems
• Electrical tools including voltmeter.
• Basic computer skills including MS platform.
• Understanding of CMMS.
