Essential Functions

• Interfaces with internal and external customers in the coordination, planning, implementation, maintenance and service issues for Globus Medical products
• Installs Globus Medical products on-site at customer locations (hospitals) in accordance with official installation procedures
• Performs site acceptance testing to demonstrate operational performance per product specifications and formal test procedures
• Demonstrates system functionality to customer representatives and secures documented evidence of their concurrence
• Responds to customer issues or complaints regarding product performance by diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing components, and confirming resolution
• Performs preventative maintenance on-site at existing customer facilities
• Updates and upgrades products to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities
• Documents customer feedback, issues and complaints in line with Globus procedures
• Documents results of customer visits including installation and system functionality test reports
• Participates in and supports returned material authorization (RMA) processing
• National and possible international travel in support of equipment; travel is expected to vary by deployment, with less travel as more equipment is deployed in the Northwest
• Adheres to the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations by completing training and maintaining knowledge relevant to the role
• Represents the company professionally and upholds ethical business practices in all interactions
