Position Summary : The plant Fire Prevention Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing fire prevention, emergency response, and life safety programs within the facility. This role ensures compliance with fire safety regulations, leads on-site response to fire or hazardous incidents, and promotes a culture of safety and preparedness among all plant employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fire Prevention & Safety Compliance

Inspect plant equipment, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with fire codes, NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and local requirements.

Lead on-site fire and emergency response team; coordinate drills and live exercises.

Train employees in fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and emergency equipment use.

Investigate all fire-related incidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions.

Work closely with Plant Safety, Security, and Maintenance teams to mitigate risks.
