Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in managing billing for projects and supporting a variety of accounting functions. This is an
onsite role in Tulsa, OK, with the opportunity to transition to a
hybrid schedule after 6-12 months.
What You'll Do- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Set up and maintain project records in the accounting system
- Ensure contract terms are accurate and communicate contract changes with internal teams
- Prepare client invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Track and follow up on overdue accounts
- Post payments and assist with cash application issues
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience in billing (percentage completion/milestone/progress) or project accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred, but not required
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- Background in Architecture industry required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
