This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn the ropes, assist with daily operations, and eventually help lead our theater with confidence and care.

🚀 About the Role :

As an Assistant Manager in Training, you'll be actively learning how to support the General Manager and team during our busiest hours. You'll be expected to jump into action, problem-solve on the fly, and grow into a reliable leader who can manage people, assist with customer concerns, and keep things running smoothly.

💼 What You'll Do :

• Assist with day-to-day theater operations , including concessions, tickets, cleaning, and team coordination
• Support in managing staff and stepping in when conflicts arise
• Help train and guide new employees by setting a positive example
• Respond to customer questions or complaints with professionalism
• Learn money handling, daily procedures, and theater safety protocols
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and changing priorities
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness - WA Food Handler's Card required
• ? What We're Looking For :
• Flexible schedule is a MUST during the training period - hours may vary
• Previous experience in a lead role OR long-term customer service experience (restaurant, retail, etc.)
• Comfortable taking direction but also confident enough to lead constructively
• Able to learn quickly and stay calm in high-pressure moments
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be dependable and ready to take initiative
