Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant :
Support Physical Therapists in executing individualized patient care plans
Provide direct therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function
Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and home programs to aid recovery
Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain accurate patient documentation and assist in interdisciplinary coordination
Requirements :
Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistant license
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
