Must-Have Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy ( DPT ) with Florida license (or compact / eligible)
- Minimum 3+ years outpatient ortho / sports experience
- Dry Needling certified (or within 90 days)
- TPI Level 1 (or within 90 days)
- Strong leadership experience or formal leadership training (e.g., lead PT, manager)
- Excellent communication skills with a concierge mindset
- Ability to build referral networks and partnerships
- Comfortable with metrics , ownership, and execution
- Schedule agility for events and travel
