Responsibilities Work in an acute care Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 suites Includes both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) cases, averaging 10 cases per day Use of Cerner EMR and Mac Lab equipment Shifts are 12 hours, primarily 6a-6p with other AM, Mid, and PM shifts available On-call required : 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month with a response time under 30 minutes Every other weekend coverage required Scrubs provided Tele and vents present in unit No floating required Provide skilled nursing care in both Cath Lab and IR environments Participate in shared holiday coverage with staff Unit supported by charge nurse and 10 Cath Lab / IR techs RT and vascular access team available 24 / 7 Floor-specific orientation provided Scrub attire is provided by the facility First-time travelers will be considered for this position Requirements Active CA RN license required at time of consideration Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA required Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience Experience using Cerner EMR preferred Two professional references required : one Supervisor reference from the past 12 months and one Peer or Supervisor reference from the past 3 years Copy of valid driver’s license required Candidates must not have been employed by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity in the past year Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-623149.
