Job descriptionCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines and objectives. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns. Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project performance. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and project milestones. Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site. A solid understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices. Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects. Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Competitive salary in the range of $85,000 to $105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
