Our client, the retail and food service industry, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join their team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be part of the management team supporting food operations and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering quality customer experiences which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Downtown Greenville

Pay Range : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
• Evaluate, adjust, and enhance menu offerings based on customer feedback and seasonal trends
• Create and test new menu items, ensuring they meet quality, presentation, and profitability standards
• Collaborate with leadership on menu rollouts, promotional offerings, and operational improvements
• Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste to drive profitability
