Job Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $25-$45 hour DOE

Position Summary :

Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and / or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.

Responsibilities :

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving :

  • Engines
  • Transmissions
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Structural components, including welding
  • Follow established OEM procedures and guidelines for all repairs and service tasks
  • Complete accurate documentation and service reports using basic computer systems
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols
  • Apply safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
  • Perform additional functions or duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives

    • Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards
  • Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
