Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous cashier service to our guests.

Essential Functions

• Supply guests with information on services available on property
• Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables
• Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions
• Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended
• Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations
• Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions
• Comply with all health and safety standards
• Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis
• Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures
• May have to access gaming systems
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Other job related duties as assigned
