Sr Application Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and laboratory services industry, is seeking a Sr Application Developer to join their team. As a Sr Application Developer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and related applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Sr Application Developer Location : Quincy, Massachusetts Pay Range : $78.50 What's the Job? Provide analytical support for the development and implementation of complex, interconnected systems, including LIMS and other related applications. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all new and existing laboratory information management systems and related processes. Lead technical projects, manage technical issues, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery. Assist in database design, reporting, and system upgrades using technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Java. Create and maintain technical documentation, support ancillary applications, and ensure system stability and performance. What's Needed? Extensive experience with client / server application technology, object-oriented programming, and relational databases. Proficiency in VB.Net WinForms, C#, .NET Framework 3.0 or greater, .NET Core, SQL scripting, and related tools. Strong understanding of XML, SOAP, WebLogic, and application server environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, lead code reviews, and research new technologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. What's in it for me?
