Hourly Pay : $43.00 – $50.00 (based on experience / mobile)

Monthly Bonus : Up to $600 / month

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 (for full-time positions)

PTO : 25 days in your first year

🔍 Position Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist , you’ll play a hybrid role combining clinical, technical, and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional care and operational flow. You’ll :

Perform and analyze diagnostic x-rays

Assist with front-desk and patient intake duties

Support providers with patient prep and testing

The Mobile RT does not anchor at a one particular urgent care site. The Mobile RT works across sites in close proximity to one another. As patient care needs arise requiring X-ray, the Mobile RT travels from to the respective site to render care. The travel nature of this role enables to Flex RT to be exposed to a variety of urgent care settings and maximizes quantity of X-Rays an RT performs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

X-Ray Services

Perform x-rays under provider supervision (newborn to elderly)

Ensure correct positioning and patient protection

Assist patients in wheelchairs when needed

✅ Secondary Responsibilities

Patient Care

Conduct vitals, medical history, and pre-visit screenings

Perform POC testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, ECG, HCG)

Communicate with patients throughout their visit

Front Desk & Admin

Register patients, verify insurance, and process co-pays

Schedule appointments and handle referrals

Maintain accurate records and answer phones

Perform opening / closing procedures, including cash handling

Help maintain quality control logs and troubleshoot equipment

Inventory

Stock medical supplies in exam rooms and front desk

Track expiration dates and manage restocking

🎓 Qualifications

Education :

High School Diploma (required)

Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)

Certifications (Required at Time of Hire) :

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

State Radiologic Technologist License (per state law)

BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

Experience :

Previous clinical experience preferred
