Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units, delivering top-notch patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
• Quickly adapt to varying unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.
• Actively engage in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients.

What We Expect :

• At least 18 months of RN experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry is required (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to work 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays per 6-week schedule.

Training and Skills Enhancement :

• Gain advanced training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and cross-training for Charge Nurse responsibilities.
