POSITION SUMMARY :

This role supports the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation's analytic initiatives by collecting and interpreting relevant data. The analyst will create and maintain reports and dashboards to drive informed business decisions and support strategic planning and process improvements across the organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, design databases and implement data collection systems.
• Perform industry and market research for comparative data analysis.
• Assess and evaluate all data to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
• Use statistical tools and analytic techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create reports, dashboards, or other visualizations to communicate findings.
• Translate data findings into practical, actionable recommendations to improve business processes, increase efficiencies, or identify new opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
