Job Title
The primary purpose of your role is to provide analytical and process improvement support for initiatives aimed at improving quality across Fidelity Charitable. As part of your role, you will consider all aspects of people, process, and technology as you analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources, document processes and issues, offer new and innovative solutions, and implement improvements that deliver business value.
The expertise and skills you bring :
- A bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Programming skills (Python / R) or experience with analytics / automation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Demonstrated knowledge of one or more operational improvement frameworks, methodologies, or toolkits such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering
- Experience in taking risks and learning from failures
- Outcome orientation, commitment to continuous improvement with a growth mindset
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and influencing skills to achieve stay aligned with key business partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
