Job descriptionAssembles and installs solar panels on roofs and other structures Configures PV systems based on site conditions and customers needs and expectations Follows building standards and codes when installing panels and support structures Ensures that equipment is weather sealed Keeps a clean and safe job site Works cooperatively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner Performs routine maintenance on PV systems Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor Knowledge of PV equipment and installation is preferred Ability to use hand and power tools to install PV panels Ability to follow and adhere to safety requirements Must have reliable transportation to the shop every day Must be comfortable working at heights Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Bonus opportunities for high quality, efficient work Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company sponsored and voluntary life insurance Paid Time Off Opportunities for advancement Incentives and bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join the team here at Zeo Energy / Sunergy! Watts installed pay structure, paid biweekly on Fridays. Crew members can expect to make around $2,000 per pay period beginning after a brief training period. Pay is increased as installer learns more and completes jobs with high quality. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solar Installer to join the team here at Sunergy! You will be working directly with experienced professionals and will be expected to assemble, install, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
