Water Mitigation Production Manager

We're looking for a Water Mitigation Production Manager to support our water mitigation team. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Coordinators to schedule jobs, coach field crews, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be directly involved in supporting technicians, solving problems, and keeping projects on track.
Key responsibilities include :
- Partner with Project Coordinators to schedule and assign daily jobs
- Support in-house crews by providing direction, troubleshooting, and on-the-job coaching
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and industry guidelines
- Monitor project progress, documentation, and equipment setup to keep jobs on track
- Provide feedback and mentoring to technicians to build skill and confidence
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve challenges and keep workflows smooth
- Step in on jobs when needed to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Must haves :
Ability to pass a background check (going back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screeningActive Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record for past 5 yearsPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restoration, construction, or similar)Ideal candidate :
